After building and growing my own group practice, I quickly realized that running a successful practice requires far more than clinical skill alone. Leadership, systems, culture, operations, compliance, and sustainability all play a critical role in building a business that can truly support both the people providing care and the people receiving it.
Over the years, I’ve developed a deep passion for helping therapists move beyond survival mode and create practices that are ethical, organized, sustainable, and built for long-term success. My work focuses heavily on operational systems, leadership development, practice growth, clinician retention, and helping group practice owners navigate the evolving realities of modern private practice.
