The Owner’s Room is for group practice owners who have already built the thing and now have to actually run it.
Maybe your practice is doing well, but it still depends on you for way too much. Maybe you’re navigating staffing issues, trying to make better systems, figuring out how to lead a team, questioning whether something is financially sustainable, or making decisions you never expected to have to make when you became a therapist.
You don’t have to be in crisis. You don’t have to be trying to scale. And you definitely don’t need to show up with a perfectly articulated “business problem.”
You just need to be a practice owner who could use a room full of people who understand what it’s like to be responsible for all of this.
